Dominion Properties (DP) is a Baltimore-based real estate investment company specializing in purchasing, renovating, selling, and holding properties as rentals. Our mission is to transform distressed properties into valuable assets while revitalizing communities.
We are seeking a creative and motivated Videography and Social Media Intern to document and showcase our work. This role involves videography, photography, and video editing to highlight our real estate projects. You will work closely with our Acquisitions Department to capture the journey of the properties we buy, renovate, and sell.
This is an excellent opportunity for current college students or recent college grads looking to kick-start a career in marketing! As an Intern with our Marketing Department, you will have the opportunity to gain experience while working alongside a successful team of driven marketing professionals. We are offering $20/hr.

In This Role You Will:
- Videography & Photography: Capture high-quality visuals of properties in various stages.
- Video Editing: Produce engaging content for social media, website, and marketing.
- On-Site & Office Content: Film behind-the-scenes footage of acquisitions, renovations, and property transformations.
- Social Media Content: Help create compelling stories for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Brand Storytelling: Showcase the impact of our investments and property transformations.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the Acquisitions and Marketing teams to document and promote new deals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in videography, photography, and video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate or investing.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience creating social media content (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
- Eye for visual storytelling and creative direction.
- Comfortable working on-site at properties in different conditions.
- Hands-on experience in real estate content creation.
- Build a professional portfolio showcasing real-world properties.
- Work closely with industry professionals and learn investment strategies.
