Established in 2002, Dominion is an Operating company of DP and is a leading provider in Real Estate related services. This is an excellent opportunity for a fast-paced learner in one of Baltimore’s dynamic lending companies. This individual will report to the Construction Operations Manager.

In This Role, You Will:
- Scope renovation projects, providing detailed plans and cost estimates
- Negotiate with and engage labor subcontractors to secure quality services
- Manage subcontractors and maintain project timelines throughout the construction process
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure high standards are met
- Review and approve material take-offs to control project budgets
- Onboard and mentor new subcontractors to uphold company standards
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive organizational skills for managing construction schedules and deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of construction sequences and mechanical trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural)
- Proven experience in single-family home renovations, with an eye for detail and quality
- Experience with new home construction is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience working in Baltimore City is strongly preferred; must have reliable transportation
