Dominion Properties, LLC (“DP”) is a growing and successful Lender located in Baltimore, MD that lends to Real Estate Investors in all states. Established in 2002, Dominion is an operating company of DP and is a leading provider in Real Estate related services. The Human Resources Internship is an excellent opportunity for a fast-paced learner in one of Baltimore’s dynamic lending companies. We will be providing up to $20/hr. This individual will report to the Human Resources Director.
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Intern to provide administrative support to our HR department and assist in maintaining our winning and successful culture.

- Facilitate communication between employees and HR leadership.
- Draft memos, letters, reports, and general correspondence in support of human resources activities.
- Assist with Payroll.
- Assist in preparing and shipping new employee welcome packages.
- Work with the Internal Recruiter to assist with writing job descriptions and scheduling candidate phone screens/interviews.
- Handle other administrative and office management duties as needed.
- Majoring in Communications, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and pivot between tasks based on priority.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
